Join a well-regarded UK corporate team advising on renewable energy and energy-transition projects. The role sits in a specialist corporate energy group that acts for developers, investors and funders across solar, wind, biomass, AD, hydro, storage and energy‑from‑waste matters.

The team delivers national work outside London on transactional matters across the renewables lifecycle. The environment is collaborative and focused on high-quality client service, with a hybrid working model and flexible arrangements considered.

Qualified lawyer (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration).
Experience in corporate law with a focus on energy sector work.
Practical experience on renewable‑energy transactions (e.g. project acquisitions, disposals, investment and funding work).
Strong commercial drafting and transactional skills; ability to work collaboratively on cross‑jurisdictional matters.
