J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or ability to obtain admission) to the applicable state bar.
Prior experience on corporate finance or banking transactions (syndicated loans, leveraged financings, secured lending or similar).
Strong drafting, document-review and deal-management skills; attention to commercial and technical detail.
Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced deals and manage multiple priorities.
