Established global law firm is seeking a 2–4 year associate to join its Corporate Finance group in the Dallas office. The role focuses on leveraged and commercial lending matters across syndicated and private credit transactions.

The associate will draft and negotiate credit agreements, commitment letters, security and intercreditor documents, subordination agreements and closing deliverables, and will work with clients including administrative agents, lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors.

We are looking for a diligent, team-oriented lawyer with strong drafting skills, the ability to manage deal workflow and client interactions, and admission to one or more U.S. state bars (Texas admission is a plus).

  • 2–4 years of transactional experience in lending/leveraged finance
  • Experience representing administrative agents, lenders and borrowers on syndicated and private credit financings
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills for credit agreements, security/intercreditor documents and closing deliverables
  • Bar admission in one or more U.S. jurisdictions; Texas bar beneficial
