Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on Hong Kong listing rules and securities law compliance, supporting public and private M&A and privatisation matters, and working with senior lawyers and clients to drive transactions to completion. Qualified in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction with minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
Practical experience or exposure to Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and securities compliance; listing experience an advantage.
Solid corporate transactional background involving listed companies (IPO, M&A, takeovers).
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); able to read/write simplified and traditional characters.
Strong academic record, proactive attitude and client-service focus.
