Join a well-regarded corporate finance team in Hong Kong advising on a broad range of private and public M&A, takeovers and privatisation matters. The role offers day-to-day exposure to transactional work for Hong Kong-listed and international clients, and involvement with regulatory and listing-rule issues.

You'll handle matters requiring securities law and disclosure expertise under the local regime, and work alongside experienced practitioners on precedent-setting and complex transactions. This is a hands-on position suited to candidates seeking to deepen their M&A and listing experience in a busy regional practice.

Qualified in Hong Kong or an overseas jurisdiction with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A work
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and related securities regulation
Solid transactional experience with listed-company matters and public/private M&A
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); ability to read and write simplified and traditional Chinese
Motivated, client-focused team player with strong drafting, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
