Corporate Finance Associate — Minneapolis

Mid-level associate role on a national corporate finance team based in Minneapolis. The team handles lender and borrower work across broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit transactions for a range of clients.

The role involves drafting, negotiating and closing credit agreements and related documentation, managing deal processes, and working directly with internal teams and clients. The group offers formal benefits and competitive compensation.

• 3–6 years' experience in finance or corporate transactions, with substantial lender and/or borrower-side experience
• Experience with broadly syndicated credits, acquisition financings and private credit facilities; comfortable drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements and closing deliverables
• Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is a plus
• Strong drafting, attention to detail, proactive and team-oriented; ability to manage deal workflow and client interaction
• Admission to one or more U.S. state bars required
