Corporate Finance Associate — New York

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a leading international law firm's Debt Finance practice in New York. The team advises lenders, sponsors, issuers and other market participants on leveraged financings, private credit transactions, restructurings and other debt-related matters across industries and jurisdictions.

Associates will work on a mix of leveraged buyouts, sponsor-backed financings, direct lending, asset-based facilities, high-yield and restructuring matters. The role requires in-person availability in the New York office and regular collaboration with deal teams across other U.S. offices.

• 3–5 years of relevant finance/bank­ing experience at a law firm
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional finance experience (leveraged finance, private credit or related)
• Admission and good standing in the state where the associate will practice
• Ability to handle complex, cross-border financings and work collaboratively on fast-paced deal teams
