Corporate Finance Associate — Washington, DC

Well-regarded national law firm is seeking corporate finance associates to join its Washington, DC office. The role sits in the firm’s corporate finance group with a focus on leveraged finance and fund finance matters, primarily on the borrower side.

Candidates will work on leveraged financing transactions and fund-related financing matters across a mix of domestic and cross-border mandates. You will join an established team and collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on deal execution and client work.

• Associate level: graduating classes 2018–2023 (early to mid-level associates)
• Experience in leveraged finance — borrower-side focus preferred
• Experience or interest in fund finance matters
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills; ability to manage multiple matters
