Join a global corporate & finance team in Dubai advising on public and private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and complex commercial arrangements with both domestic and cross‑border elements. The team works across sectors and handles the full range of corporate matters.

This is a full‑time role (40 hours/week, typical 9am–6pm Monday–Friday) with opportunities for training, client exposure and career development within a collaborative, international practice. You will be expected to contribute to high‑quality drafting, project management and client servicing.

Qualified lawyer with strong corporate/M&A experience (experience at a top‑tier firm preferred)
Excellent academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) and outstanding drafting and written communication skills
Solid technical knowledge of corporate law and commercial transactions; awareness of cross‑border issues
Strong project management, attention to detail, time management and the ability to work under pressure
Commercial awareness and ability to build client and team relationships
