Top-tier German corporate practice is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its Notary/M&A team in Frankfurt. The role involves hands-on support in notarial matters (corporate and real estate focus) and participation in national and cross-border M&A transactions.

You'll work on due diligence, transactional documentation and preparation of corporate records and shareholder resolutions, with early client contact and collaboration across practice groups. The role is open to candidates with or without prior professional experience and can be full- or part-time.

Degree in law (FH/University diploma, Bachelor or Master) with strong academic record
Interest in corporate law, notarial practice and M&A transactions
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset; team- and project-oriented working style
Very good written and spoken English
