Join a global corporate team in Amsterdam advising on complex, cross-border M&A transactions across sectors. You will draft and negotiate transactional documents, lead due diligence, coordinate multi‑jurisdictional deal teams and provide direct client-facing advice.

5–7 years' post‑qualification M&A experience, ideally from a leading international or top domestic firm
Dutch qualification required; strong academic record
Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent drafting and communication skills
Commercial judgement, strong analytical ability and a collaborative mindset
