Corporate M&A Associate / Senior Associate — Sydney

Join a busy corporate team in Sydney advising on mergers & acquisitions and broader corporate transactions. The role offers regular exposure to buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, due diligence, transactional documentation and client-facing work across a range of industries.

You'll work on matters from initial structuring through to completion, collaborating with partners and cross‑practice teams. The team values commercial judgement, high quality drafting and pragmatic advice for sophisticated clients.

• Practical experience in M&A and corporate transactions (associate or senior associate level).
• Strong drafting skills — agreements, disclosure schedules and transactional documents.
• Comfort with due diligence, deal execution and client interaction.
• Admission or eligibility to practise in the relevant Australian jurisdiction; excellent communication and teamwork.
