Corporate M&A Associate — Tampa (East Coast-flexible)

Mid-senior level associate role in a national corporate practice focusing on public and private M&A. The position is location-flexible across East Coast offices with primary collaboration across regional corporate teams.

You will work on complex acquisition transactions from deal inception through closing, supporting or leading due diligence and drafting key transactional documents. The team serves a mix of clients across industries and offers opportunities for significant responsibility on high‑visibility matters.

• 4–7 years' post-qualification transactional experience, with emphasis on public M&A and take-private work
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related M&A documentation
• Track record of managing deal process and leading due diligence teams
• Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively across offices
• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability
