Corporate M&A Associate — West Palm Beach

Mid-level associate role in a national corporate practice based in West Palm Beach, focused on mergers & acquisitions. The position offers substantive transactional work on asset and stock purchases, mergers, and related corporate documentation, with exposure to cross-border and private-equity matters.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating with tax, regulatory and litigation colleagues, preparing closing deliverables, and participating in client calls and meetings. The team works across industry sectors and leverages a global platform to deliver integrated counsel.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to obtain admission promptly.
• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and general corporate experience at a national or regional law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, project-management skills, and ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with cross-border transactions and private equity; comfort working directly with clients.
