Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate — Salt Lake City

Top-tier national law firm is seeking associates to join its Salt Lake City Corporate M&A & Private Equity team. The role focuses on transactional work across buy‑side and sell‑side M&A and private equity matters, working on cross‑border and domestic transactions alongside senior deal teams.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package and benefits. The posted hiring salary range for this role is $225,000 to $390,000; final compensation will reflect role, experience and internal pay equity.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school and active bar admission or clear plan to obtain admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in corporate transactional work, with emphasis on M&A and/or private equity.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to work in fast‑paced deal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate across practices and offices.
