Leading national firm is seeking a corporate partner to join its Dallas corporate team. The role focuses on M&A and transactional matters across middle‑market and strategic deals, advising corporate clients on complex transactions and commercial structuring.

The successful hire will take a senior client‑facing role, leading deal teams and developing business within the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships that can be integrated into the team are important for this position.

Established partner or equivalent with significant M&A/transactional experience
Proven track record leading deals and managing teams on complex transactions
Demonstrable client relationships or a portable practice suitable for integration
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and excellent communication
