Lateral Partner — Corporate, Private Equity & IP (Dallas)

Leading global firm is expanding its Dallas office and is actively recruiting experienced partners to strengthen its corporate, private equity and intellectual property capabilities. The team seeks transactional partners with demonstrable experience on M&A and private equity matters, as well as partners with complementary IP or finance transactional practices.

Portable practice and an existing book of business will be viewed favorably; the office is particularly interested in senior transactional partners but remains open to a range of partner seniorities. The role is office-based in Dallas — purely remote arrangements are unlikely to be workable.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity or related transactional work.
• Experience advising on IP-related transactions or finance matters is an advantage.
• Proven track record of originating or leading deals; a portable practice/book of business preferred.
• Ability and willingness to be based in the Dallas office and participate in local business development.
