National law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner to join its Mergers & Acquisitions practice across multiple U.S. offices. The role offers a platform to lead complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and to work closely with senior deal teams.

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients on strategic transactions, mentor associates, and collaborate with specialists across finance, tax and regulatory practices. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to contribute to business development.

Established M&A practice with experience leading transactions and deal teams
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers
Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
