Lateral Partner, Corporate M&A — Boston

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston corporate practice with a focus on M&A and transactional work. The role will involve leading deal teams on mid-market and larger corporate transactions across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional practice, demonstrate strong deal execution skills, and play an active role in business generation and client relationship management. This is a partnership-track, revenue-generating role where a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcomed.

• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and active good standing
• Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience and a track record of leading deals
• Demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice or proven origination ability preferred
• Ability to manage teams, develop junior lawyers, and contribute to practice strategy
