Senior partner opportunity to lead a blended commercial real estate and labour & employment practice from the firm's Vancouver office. The role combines client advisory, transaction work and strategic employment counselling for a range of private‑sector clients.

The successful candidate will run and develop a portable practice, lead matters end‑to‑end, manage a small team of lawyers and collaborate across practice areas on complex real estate and workplace issues. There is strong emphasis on business development and maintaining senior client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and labour & employment law.
Admitted to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (British Columbia preferred).
Proven track record of originating work and growing client relationships; portable practice a plus.
Experience supervising associates and contributing to firm business development initiatives.
