Seeking a lateral partner to join a national litigation practice focused on patent disputes and related technology and life‑sciences controversies. The role centers on Hatch‑Waxman litigation, patent enforcement and defense, trade‑secret matters, and select semiconductor/technology disputes.

The team handles high‑stakes litigation for pharma, biosimilars and technology clients, and is looking for an experienced partner who can contribute immediately on an active docket while growing the practice. The position offers partnership-level platform support and collaboration across regulatory and commercial teams.

Proven patent litigation track record, including Hatch‑Waxman and patent dispute experience
Experience handling life‑sciences and technology matters (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, semiconductors)
Demonstrated trial and/or litigation management capability and familiarity with trade‑secret claims
Business development ability and a portable practice or client relationships that can be integrated into an existing team
Admission and bar standing appropriate for practice in the relevant jurisdiction
