Lateral Partner — Patent Litigation (Washington, DC)

Seeking a Washington, DC-based lateral partner to join a specialist intellectual property litigation practice. The role focuses on patent litigation across life sciences and technology sectors, including Hatch‑Waxman matters, complex patent disputes, trade secrets, and select semiconductor/technology work.

The position suits an experienced trial lawyer with established ties to pharmaceutical, biosimilars, and technology company clients — including relationships in Greater China and Taiwan. The team handles contested litigation and counseling matters for clients across those industries.

• Proven patent litigation experience (life sciences and/or technology focus).
• Track record on Hatch‑Waxman, patent disputes, and trade‑secrets matters; semiconductor or related tech experience a plus.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to handle federal litigation.
• Demonstrated business development capability and existing client relationships; portable practice welcome.
