Senior patent-litigation partner role based in Washington, DC, for an established US firm. The position focuses on life-sciences and technology disputes, including Hatch‑Waxman litigation, patent infringement actions, trade‑secret matters, and select semiconductor/tech-related disputes.

We are seeking a partner with a portable practice and demonstrated client relationships across pharmaceutical, biosimilars, and technology sectors (including Asia-facing technology clients). The role offers a platform to lead significant contested matters and to grow a national litigation practice.

Established partner or counsel with substantial patent‑litigation experience, including Hatch‑Waxman and trade‑secret matters.
Proven business-development capability and portable client relationships in life sciences and/or technology sectors (including international/Asia-facing clients).
Strong courtroom and briefing record, plus experience managing teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for federal patent litigation practice.
