Leading, well-established Chicago-based firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to grow its financial buyer / private equity transactional practice. The role emphasizes representation of financial buyers and platform-level PE work; remote locations may be considered for the right candidate, though the firm values in‑person collaboration.

The firm is also actively expanding its healthcare platform and is hiring transactional and regulatory specialists to build a team. Candidates may be considered for either the financial‑buyer PE partner role or for senior roles within the healthcare group.

Partner-level background with a demonstrable private equity / financial‑buyer transactional practice or a clear track record in healthcare transactions or healthcare regulatory work.
Portable practice / book of business and strong, demonstrable client relationships appropriate for a lateral partner role.
Ability to lead and build a team (for the healthcare opening, the firm seeks a group hire: transactional counsel plus one or two focused regulatory specialists).
Excellent deal experience, commercial judgment, and affinity for a collegial, collaborative firm culture.
