Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a creditor- and debtor-side restructuring and finance practice in the Dallas market. The role combines restructurings, insolvency-related litigation, secured lending work and debtor/creditor transactional matters.

Typical matters include out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, asset acquisitions and divestitures, UCC and real-property foreclosures, and related enforcement and defense litigation across industries such as retail, real estate, manufacturing and energy.

The team values a partner with an established, portable practice and demonstrable client origination history who can both manage complex matters and grow local market presence.

Lateral partner with substantial experience in restructuring/insolvency and creditor/debtor-side work.
Proven track record on restructurings, secured lending, foreclosures and related litigation; experience with both transactional and bankruptcy-court matters.
Demonstrable client origination capability and a portable book of business or clear path to bring business to the office.
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and ability to lead teams on complex matters.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Texas; Dallas-based or willing to relocate.
