Senior finance partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking to strengthen its Dallas finance practice. The role will focus on banking and private credit matters, advising lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions.

The team handles syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition finance, private credit funds and related documentation and workouts. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who will lead transactions, develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with a strong track record in banking and private credit transactions.
Significant experience advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated, bilateral and private credit financings.
Proven business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.
Ability to lead deals, supervise teams and contribute to practice growth in the Dallas market.
