Lateral Partner, Restructuring — Dallas

Lead a creditor-side restructuring and bankruptcy practice from the firm's Dallas office. The role focuses on insolvency, out-of-court restructurings, secured lending work, foreclosures (UCC and real property) and related debtor/creditor litigation across industries such as retail, manufacturing, real estate and energy.

Ideal for a partner with an established restructuring book who can originate and manage complex financings, asset acquisitions/divestitures, and contested enforcement matters. The position includes client development responsibilities and mentoring more junior team members.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side litigation
• Proven origination record and ability to develop new lending and restructuring engagements
• Comfort handling secured lending, foreclosures (UCC/real property), and contested debtor/creditor disputes
