We are seeking a partner-level lateral hire to join a growing Energy Transition & Power Transactions practice in Dallas or Houston. This is a niche transactional role focused on renewables and power project M&A, PPAs and offtake agreements, and project development and financing. Candidates should bring expertise in adjacent areas such as tax-equity structuring, project finance, storage, and grid interconnection.
This is one of three dedicated practices being built out as a cohesive team in Texas. The role offers the opportunity to help shape a new platform within a global firm, with a focus on entrepreneurial, culturally aligned candidates.
- Partner-level experience in energy transition and power transactions, with a focus on renewables and power project M&A
- Strong background in PPAs, offtake agreements, and project development and financing
- Experience with tax-equity and project-finance structuring, storage, and grid interconnection work
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
