Leading U.S. law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Energy practice in Dallas. The role focuses on upstream and midstream oil & gas matters, project development, regulatory work and commercial transactions for energy-sector clients.

The successful candidate will join an established, market-facing team and be expected to contribute both technical expertise and client development. This is an opportunity to take a senior position within a busy regional practice while benefiting from national platform support.

Proven partner- or senior-counsel level experience in energy (oil & gas, midstream, project or related transactional/regulatory work)
Portable practice with an established client base and demonstrated origination capability
Strong transaction, negotiation and regulatory skills relevant to the energy sector
Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to be admitted
Ability to collaborate across offices and contribute to business development initiatives
