An established law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join and help lead its Energy practice, with a particular focus on oil and gas matters, based in Dallas.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a practitioner with a strong track record in the energy sector who is looking to grow a practice within a collaborative, well-regarded platform. The role involves advising clients across the energy value chain, including upstream, midstream, and related commercial and transactional work.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop their practice while benefiting from the firm's resources and cross-practice capabilities. This is a platform where an entrepreneurial partner can thrive.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
Demonstrated experience in energy law, with a focus on oil and gas
Strong academic credentials and a proven record of client development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
