Top-tier Dallas office seeks a lateral restructuring partner to lead and grow a cross‑border restructuring and insolvency practice. The role will advise creditors, debtors, trustees and other stakeholders on chapter 11 cases, out‑of‑court workouts, distressed M&A and related litigation.

The partner will take a leading role on complex restructurings, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with finance and litigation teams across the firm’s national platform. A portable practice or demonstrable client development record in restructuring/distressed situations is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and distressed financings.
Proven client development and portable practice history preferred.
Strong courtroom and transactional/negotiation skills handling chapter 11 cases, workouts, and distressed M&A.
Ability to mentor associates and contribute to practice growth and business development.
