Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join and grow its restructuring practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on creditor and debtor-side restructurings and related finance matters across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will lead complex chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, advise financial institutions and corporate clients, and supervise deal teams. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape the local practice and collaborate with national litigation and finance colleagues.

Applicants with an established, portable restructuring practice or the ability to develop client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level restructuring experience handling chapter 11 and/or out-of-court restructurings
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business is a plus
Experience supervising associates and working with cross-practice teams
Bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
