Corporate Partner — Government Contracts

National law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner to join its government contracts and defense sector practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on representation of contractors and prime/subcontractor relationships in procurement, compliance, and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop new business, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex transactions and regulatory issues arising from federal defense work. This is a partner-level role with significant opportunity to shape practice strategy and grow client relationships.

• Substantial experience advising government contractors, ideally with defense-sector matters
• Strong corporate transactional background (M&A, joint ventures, teaming agreements, subcontracting)
• Proven business development and client relationship record
• Admission to at least one U.S. bar; federal procurement experience preferred
