The role focuses on advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups and healthcare-related buyers and sellers on complex acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Ideal candidates will bring deep sector knowledge in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, strong client relationships, and a track record of originating and leading significant deals. The team advises across the full deal lifecycle, including diligence, regulatory clearance, and post-closing integration.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in healthcare M&A and related regulatory issues
- Proven record of originating and closing complex transactions and managing cross-functional deal teams
- Strong client relationships and business-development capability
- Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
