We are partnering with a preeminent Am Law 200 firm seeking lateral equity partners to join its transactional practice within the financial services sector. This is a strategic growth initiative, sponsored at the global level and focused on expanding the firm's US corporate, capital markets, finance, insurance, and tax capabilities.

• Lateral equity partner with a portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Transactional expertise in corporate/M&A, private equity, or finance, ideally within the financial services sector
• Teams are welcome; larger books and team moves are a plus
• Collaborative, non-siloed approach; commitment to integrating with existing partners and practice groups
• Rates consistent with a premium, large-firm platform (typically $1,000+/hour)
