Corporate / Private Funds Associate — Tampa

Seeking a corporate associate to join a national-caliber private funds practice in the Tampa office. The role focuses on fund formation and investment-management matters, including drafting offering documents, fund agreements, side letters, and supporting transactional and regulatory work across private funds clients.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of corporate experience, with specific exposure to investment management or private funds work. The team values strong writing, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage projects independently while contributing effectively to collaborative deal teams.

• 3–5 years post-qualification corporate experience, preferably with private funds or investment-management exposure
• Graduated in the top 10% of a nationally recognized law school (as stated)
• Demonstrated strong drafting and analytical abilities

• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission soon
