Join a global firm’s London Corporate Restructuring team as a newly qualified associate. The team advises on the full spectrum of in‑ and out‑of‑court restructurings, insolvency‑related disputes and structured special‑situations work, frequently on cross‑border matters and alongside other transactional and finance practices.

The role offers exposure to high‑profile, complex restructurings and a mix of litigation‑adjacent mandates and private capital solutions. You will work closely with senior colleagues and cross‑practice teams to develop pragmatic, value‑preserving strategies for stakeholders in distressed situations.
