Join a multi-office Public Company Advisors team supporting public company clients on securities and corporate matters. The role is part of a collaborative, cross-office practice covering securities offerings and ongoing Exchange Act reporting.

The position may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices (including locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Colorado, Texas, New York, and the Washington, D.C. area). The team handles equity and debt offerings, proxy and corporate governance work, and routine SEC reporting and compliance.

Minimum 4 years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm
Experience with Securities Act of 1933 equity and debt offerings
Familiarity with Exchange Act matters, including proxy statements, Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
Licensed to practice (or able to become licensed promptly) in the jurisdiction where based
