Mid‑level associate opportunity in a national franchise and distribution practice with offices across the United States. The role involves working on transactional matters that support franchise, licensing and distribution programs, including regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion, and M&A related to franchised businesses.

Candidates will join a team serving both established and emerging brands across multiple industries, with opportunities for direct client contact and responsibility on complex transactions. The position is open to applicants able to practice in Colorado (admitted or eligible).

3–5 years of transactional experience (M&A, general corporate and/or licensing)
Franchise experience preferred but not required
Colorado bar admission or eligibility required
Strong drafting and writing skills, attention to detail, and solid academic credentials
Ability to manage a significant workload, strong interpersonal skills, and readiness for client responsibility
