Corporate Associate — Denver

Seeking a junior to mid-level corporate associate for a Denver office of a major law firm. The role focuses on transactional work across M&A (particularly private equity) and capital markets, supporting a diverse client base on sophisticated deals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing aspects of client engagements, supervising junior associates, and handling multiple matters to tight deadlines. The team offers high-quality transactional experience and exposure to complex, market-facing work.

• 2–6 years' post‑qualification law firm experience in corporate transactional work
• Significant experience with M&A (private equity) and/or capital markets and securities transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience supervising junior lawyers
• Excellent academic credentials and proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple matters
