A leading law firm is seeking a corporate governance lawyer to join its Denver-based team. This role focuses on advising public companies on a wide range of corporate governance matters, including governance standards and governance issues arising in connection with initial public offerings.

The position also involves counseling clients on securities regulation matters, including periodic reporting and disclosure obligations under the Exchange Act. The successful candidate will work closely with public company clients on complex, high-profile capital markets and governance matters.

Ideal candidates will bring strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and a genuine interest in building a practice at the intersection of securities regulation and corporate governance.

Law school class years 2020–2024
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including governance standards and governance in IPOs
Experience with securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
