Associate, M&A & Private Equity — Denver

Growing corporate team seeks associates to join its M&A and private equity practice in Denver. Successful candidates will work on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional matters, advising corporate clients and private equity funds.

The role requires substantial drafting of transaction documents, hands-on deal management and frequent direct client contact. This is a high-responsibility role suited to entrepreneurial associates who can work autonomously and help develop client relationships.

• Graduates from law school class years 2021–2024
• Significant experience on M&A and private equity transactions; strong drafting and deal-management background
• Solid grasp of corporate law and market terms
• Client-facing experience, self-starter mindset and interest in business development
