Corporate Senior Associate (M&A) — Boston

Experienced corporate associate wanted for a senior associate role in a major international law firm’s Boston corporate group. The role focuses on M&A and other corporate transactions, advising clients across technology, life sciences and related sectors.

You will work on deal execution — including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and coordinating due diligence — and collaborate with colleagues in other practices and offices on cross-border and multidisciplinary matters.

• 4–5 years post-JD transactional experience (M&A focus)
• Demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience on purchase agreements and related documents
• Strong academic credentials and active bar membership
• Team-player with ability to manage matters and client communications in a fast-paced environment
