Join a busy corporate tax team advising founders, entrepreneurs, owners of private capital and privately owned businesses on UK and cross-border tax matters. The role provides exposure to investment and business structuring, transactional tax work and integrated commercial and regulatory advice.

This is a client-facing, project-led opportunity for an ambitious 1-3 PQE solicitor who wants to take on more responsibility and progress in a growing practice. The team operates collaboratively across jurisdictions and offers hybrid working with core hours and flexibility.

1-3 PQE with admission to practise as a solicitor in England & Wales
Practical experience advising on UK corporate tax for domestic and international businesses, including cross-border structuring
Strong drafting, research and technical tax skills; experience drafting tax deeds/warranties and advising on business taxation
Excellent communication, client-handling ability and a commercial, pragmatic outlook; team player comfortable taking responsibility
