Qualified solicitor (SRA) or member of the Law Society of Scotland.
Relevant experience on high-quality corporate tax matters; experience in one or more of corporate M&A tax, real estate tax, funds taxation or cross-border tax is desirable.
Strong technical drafting and advisory skills, and comfortable working on transactions and reorganisations.
Open to full-time or part-time and flexible working patterns.
