Corporate Trust Associate — Finance & Structured Finance, Shanghai

Seeking an associate to join a corporate trust team handling securitization, structured finance and bond matters. The team works across offices on innovative financing transactions and is supported by litigation, bankruptcy, securities and tax specialists to provide full-service advice on corporate trust, project finance and corporate debt.

The role offers exposure to high‑profile financings and related dispute work, collaborating with cross‑practice teams and participating in transaction documentation, regulatory review and ongoing trustee/servicing matters. This is a multi‑office practice with opportunities to work with colleagues in other major financial centres.

• Prior experience in securitization, structured finance or related corporate trust work (associate level).
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documentation and comfort working with cross‑practice teams (litigation, bankruptcy, securities, tax).
• Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Admission or eligibility to practise as required by local/regional rules for the role.
