Senior labour law counsel role in the Rome office of a well‑regarded professional legal and tax firm. You will join a national and international employment team advising companies across sectors.

Day‑to‑day work combines advisory and contentious work: providing ordinary and extraordinary employment advice to national and multinational clients, drafting and negotiating employment contracts and policies, and handling labour law litigation.

Qualified lawyer with strong employment law experience in structured law or professional firms
Approximately 5–7 years post‑qualification experience
Degree in Law
Fluent English; an additional language is a plus
Proven drafting, advisory and litigation skills; excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
