Counsel — Litigation, Atlanta

Growing national law firm seeks a Counsel-level commercial litigator to join its Atlanta litigation team. The role will handle a mix of motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation across complex civil and commercial matters.

This position offers client-facing responsibility on substantive litigation matters, collaboration with senior trial lawyers, and opportunities to manage junior lawyers. The team represents a broad range of clients in regional and national disputes.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia bar admission (or eligibility for reciprocity/waiver).
• Proven commercial litigation experience at the associate or counsel level; demonstrated strength in motion practice, discovery, and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent legal writing, analysis, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters and mentor junior attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice.
