Counsel — Mass Torts Litigation, Charleston

Senior litigation role within a busy Mass Torts practice based in Charleston. The position involves handling all phases of complex litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation, with day‑to‑day autonomy supported by experienced litigators.

The team-driven group collaborates on strategy for mass torts, product‑liability, and class action matters. The firm offers flexible arrangements including remote work, part‑time, and flexible hours; travel for court appearances will be required as needed.

Applicants must be licensed to practice in South Carolina and possess a federal clerkship. The role provides mentorship, increasing responsibility, and exposure to seasoned trial attorneys.

• Approximately 2 years of civil litigation experience (PQE ~2)
• Federal clerkship required
• Licensed to practice in South Carolina
• Strong written and oral advocacy and legal research skills
