Counsel — Mass Torts Litigation, San Francisco

Senior litigation counsel role within a national mass torts practice based in San Francisco. The position involves hands‑on management of toxic tort and product liability matters across discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation, with autonomy on assigned files and access to experienced litigators for guidance.

The team collaborates to develop strategy on complex, high‑volume matters; the role includes supervising junior lawyers and support staff and working closely with colleagues across offices. Occasional travel for depositions, hearings and other proceedings will be required.

• 3–5 years of toxic tort, talc or product‑liability litigation experience.
• Admission to the California bar and in good standing.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent academic record, and solid legal research and case‑management abilities.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively with litigation teams; ability to travel as needed.
