Join a global law firm’s Sydney real estate team on a 14-month fixed-term contract, providing specialist commercial property advice across a broad range of transactions. The role sits in a collaborative, high‑quality practice that advises institutional and corporate clients.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and platform transactions; drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts; and managing relationships with counterparties and external counsel.

The role includes supervising and managing a small team of graduate, associate and senior associate real estate specialists and working to firm-wide quality and risk standards.

Qualified solicitor in Australia with a current practising certificate
Significant post-qualification experience in corporate real estate law, including leasing
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple matters to deadlines
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers (law firm or in-house preferred)
